Goodness, there are so many. I love the little part before the heavier section in talk, plus the heavier section. I also love the part in Speed of Sound that is behind "How long am I gonna stand" and then it is similar but higher behind "The sign that I couldn't read." I especially like the second higher part. I don't think I have ever heard any other riff anywhere that sounds as "CUTE," if you will. It simply melts my heart! How can a guitar riff DO that!?!?! Yes, all of Shiver. All the echo-y, wammy bar stuff on trouble just sounds beyond perfect for that song. The solo in X and Y, and the part behind "I dive in at the deep end." One I love. Yellow. I also get a kick out of watching him dancing with his guitar when he is playing live or in the Speed of Sound video. He is very dancy in that video. He just looks so happy there, and I love it when he enjoys himself. :D

ravrat, have you seen the video that picture was taken from? If not, you simply have to click here, but turn the volume down first b/c it is very loud: I love it! It is absolutely adorable! But it is the only time I have seen Jonny do the kissing. It's always been Chris in the other instances. And to search for the video on YouTube, you type in "Chris loves Jonny." Awwwww!

On Daylight, doesn't he also sing on the album track? He has a really deep voice when he wants to! One of my favorite YouTube vids is from Top of the Pops when they played Daylight, and you can really hear Jonny on there. Damn, he is sexy singing that song. :wink3: Or any song. Wow, this new star almost freaked me out because I was at an Aerosmith concert years ago and can't remember who the warm up acts were. So I rushed to my collection of concert ticket stubs and realized I saw Aerosmith in 1999. Pheeew! I didn't know of Coldplay until much more recently, but I still wouldn't have thrown anything at anyone. :rolleyes:

On Fix you? I saw an interview of theirs on YouTube and Chris asks Jonny if he sings on the album track for Fix You. Jonny said he sings live but not on the album. Then Chris said the spirit of Jonny singing was on the album, which is almost as good. Then Jonny said "It's better, actually." Chris says "More in tune."

(It's unfortunate that my name means "truck" in England.):laugh3: I have some questions for you fans that have been at this a lot longer than I have. 1) I know Jonny usually sings the second verse of "Don't Panic" live, but is he also singing it on the album? Chris sings the high part, but it does sound like Jonny on the low part. Does he sing on any other album songs? 2) How tall is Jonny? Thanks!

That is one of my favorite performances they've done! It's great how they were all over the place. I wish I would have seen this when it actually happened.
