that's a different story usually. I was lucky because Roseland had the presale so you could get in 1/2 hour early and there were not a lot of people so it was easy to get back, but for this I would definitely use the restroom before entering the venue.

people are usually nice enough to save your spot if you have to go. Though I went w/ my brother so it was easier.
