It's been a while since the last exchange so it's time for a new one! :D Same rules as usual: Deadline for signing up is Sunday the 4th of May and you've got two weeks then to get your tapes in for the 18th of May. There's no set theme so go crazy! I also think what the last host, Cyan Kat did was a good idea, where there was a reserve list for those who missed the sign-up deadline. Basically if you miss the sign-up deadline and want to take part, make your tape and if someone doesn't get a tape then that's when someone in on the reserve list gets there tape sent and reviewed. It was inspired a lot by Coldplay songs like Coloratura and Rainbow, there's a song that kind of like Arabesque, that sort of thing. Hey, Coldplay friends, I recently jumped on the fans' train myself by attending the Wembley concert on 16.8.2022 in the UK. Being a musician myself, I expected to really get that full specter of sound frequencies that go through you, you know, the feeling you can't get in your living room even with the best sound system, but unfortunately, the sound I heard coming from the speakers was pretty low quality. Not sure where to post this as it's not Coldplay but Coldplay adjacent but for RSD, a vinyl release of VSQ performing Viva La Vida (the album) was listed. Unfortunately, all the stores I visited on Saturday either didn't know about it or didn't have any copies. I haven't been able to find much information about it online apart from Discrepancy Records and Bengans - did anyone find a copy of it or have any information if it was actually available for the April drop?

There is much talk about this band, after pitchforkmedia rated them so well in a review, 9.7!!! What do you guys think of them? Does it justify all the hype?

So I searched and apparently there's no HIM forum nor VV forum. He is coming back. On 1st april The Heartagram has been active suddenly on SM and later on announced upcoming new material under the name VV. Any VV/HIM fans? Fave album/song from HIM? He released a solo 3-tracks EP in 2020. Now he said he'll release a new album in early 2023, has announced already a tour (Neon Noir) and released a song and video (Loveletting). Well , I just wanted to make a thread about her. There has been a lot of talk about her , a lot of hype on her album and she has seriously been smashing and breaking a lot of records leately. So what Do you think about her ?. TBH I think it's kinda refreshing to have an artist of this type on the radios/music again . My Sister shared with me this concept on Discord and I thought it would be fun to partake. How it works is this, think of songs that for whatever reason you associate a particular color. It could be the musical genre of it, such as the color pink ties to you themes of love etc. Maybe the song title itself or musical artist has ties to color, so you can pick obvious ones like that. It could be when watching a music video of that color a certain color keeps popping up, maybe it's also the art tied to the record. The music industry is coming together to produce a double CD set to benefit the victims of the recent devastating hurricanes along the Gulf Coast. The title of the benefit CD says it all, "Hurricane Relief: Come Together Now". I just got it from UMVD, and heard that all of the participating artists, publishers and songwriters, will donate their royalties to this worthy project. Some featured artists include Kanye West, Coldplay, John Mayer, Lenny Kravitz, Faith Hill, Diddy, James Brown, and even Rod Stewart….many of the songs are live…over 20 artists!

Is anybody else here a fan of Liam Gallagher's solo work? I've enjoyed As You Were since the day it was released, but over time it has become quite a special album for me. Like, "up there with Coldplay" and "better than the majority of Oasis' music" kind of special. I've All I Need in particular is one of my favorite songs of all time. And Liam's new single Shockwave has got me real hyped for his next album, which is due out later this year.
