I haven't attempted the lead yet, but I look forward to borrowing some pedals from friends and trying out the guitar intro and outro that Johnny does at live performances. The tab book I have says the following on the front in white letters at the bottom "All the songs from the album arranged for piano, voice, and guitar. Including complete lyrics & guitar chord boxes." So I am not sure if I have the same book as you do because my book does mention anything about a "giddyup" strum. Here is an image of the music I am using for the verse.."I awake to find no peace of mind.."

I'll try to see what I can do about scans. Do you have guitar pro? I have copied the music into guitar pro and can upload that if it would be easier.

Hey all! I have the parachutes tablature book, however, I do not believe the music for spies is 100% correct. The chords are right, but I don't think the rhythm or strumming pattern derived from the music works, and I have had trouble trying to hear it out myself. Anyone have their own written version?
