  1. Not to be a wet blanket, but it's very much like U2's video for 'Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own', except Chris doesn't have the requisite magnetism to keep me interested all by himself for a few minutes like Bono can. Similarities are: 1) Lead singer walks along a street with a contemplative look on his face for most of the song, followed by... 2) Triumphant full band ending!! Coldplay certainly upped the ante (U2 played in an empty theatre during their second bit), but perhaps they might have been better off doing a complete copy job. Like someone else said, the stadium bit seems a bit inappropriate for the song. As you may have gathered, I'm not a bit fan of the clip. Oh well, Speed of Sound was cool (courtesy of Romanek, a legend), so I guess you can't win em all. :)
  2. I actually think the title comes from George Harrison. It's the name of a song on his second solo album. If anything, John got it from him. It's probably some Hare Krishna thing. But yes, very cool album title.
  3. The closest thing I can find is a font called 'Columna Solid', which you can buy/find out about here. EDIT: I also figured out what font they used for the liner notes. It's called 'Banjoman'. See here. If any kind soul has either font and wants to share, IM me!! Cheers, Andrew
  4. Does anyone know what font is used for the ampersand (the "&") in the X&Y title? It's not albertus. Thanks all! Andrew
  5. Hi everyone, I just got my dvd the other day. It's the limited edition version, but I can't find the Fair Trade or Grammys stufff anywhere. The only thing I have on the CD ROM is a lame photo gallery. Am I completely nuts, or is this stuff simply not here? Thanks all
