I had the same problem with Chicago, I gave up on floor tickets about 6 times because they were section 5 or 6 in the back....I'd say I searched for tickets a total of 50 or 60 times before I eventually just settled for one of these floor tickets. I was disappointed. Also, I really hope that all the talk of these being "floor seats" aren't true...I've never been to a concert at the United Center or a Coldplay concert for that matter, but I'd be pretty disappointed if there were actual physical seats on the floor level, even though that's what it looks like right now.

I would also like to know this, as I'm going to be trying for floor tickets for the United Center show as well, I have a question though: The floor area is one big general admission section at the United Center, right? There aren't *actually* 6 divided sections?

Ticketmaster now has the show listed for July 23rd as well.

It's been confirmed through a call to the United Center by another user that the Chicago show is on July 23rd, which would leave August 4th open for Boston. But at this rate, who really knows.

I was about to make that call, thanks for doing so. That's definitely helpful, now we just have the issue between livenation and ticketmaster.

That's what's so confusing about the whole mess, according to ticketmaster there IS no Chicago show, coldplay.com and livenation still say August 4th, but Best Buy and the United Center say the 23rd...I'm guessing the presale will be on livenation but nobody's sure. I just know I'll be really upset if I have to pay scalper-prices for a floor ticket.

The United Center's event calendar has the concert listed for July 23rd. Additionally, does anyone know if the Best Buy presale is going through livenation or ticketmaster?
