ughh...my parents never understand...they see no point in me seeing them again when i already saw them twice at msg and today show...but there is a point! seeing them live again is like reliving an amazing experience over and over again...it never gets old! only 5 min to persuade!

ahhh...i havent been on this site in more than a week and didnt see they added this show till today! Oh no, with the 2 concerts at Izod sold out, this is my only opportunity to see them again this yr!----Must convince parents that i can go... within the next 15 min O and if i can go, i hope there are good seats on comcasttix...since the show is not listed on ticketmaster i would think not as many ppl know about it and thus, those who do kno about it will get better tix... hopefully....

actually i cant drive yet (almost) but my folks are going near hartford for a church event sat. morning so they decided i could go to the concert saturday nite and stay the nite there.

Which seat? I'm planning on buying an extremely last minute ticket to the show after it was known that I can actually make it to Hartford from Jersey on Saturday. YAY- I can go! Anyway, now, my problem is I dont which seat I should choose. Ive narrowed it down to two I found that were within my budget and were pretty good. First one is on ticketmasters website, Sec 105 Row R and 2nd is on stubhubs website, Floor 1 Row X (they're within $15 of each other, Floor seat is slightly more) My problem is, i dont know which one to choose! I want the best view of Chris and the band and ive never been to this arena before. i know i should just be happy that i can go, but im greedy for a good seat. Anyone think they can help me out? Thanks

O my gosh...the concert was amazing! I had a great time about 6 rows back with my sis. As I told her, this was probably a once in a million yrs thing and it was awesome!! I too saw the poor girl faint who was right in front of me and i think i saw a few people from this board. It was actually a group of 4 teenage girls who were standing next to me and 3 of them dared the other to throw her bra and she did! lol I was a bit mad at this one really, really big tall guy who pushed his way forward and i thought he was looking for someone but instead he just plops himself right in front of me, completely blocking my view. But all in all, it was so much fun! I was enjoying myself so much i didnt bother to even take that many pics. (O btw i was the short little guy-im 5'4"- with glasses and a blue viva a vida msg shirt)

These last few days been so amazing...it seems like coldplay is everywhere in my life lol. Coldplay at MSG on Monday, then in a cab on tuesday the driver is blasting the viva la vida CD, yesterday at a mets game the music video of the game is violet hill, then i win vip passes today and right after i go to borders and they're playing the A rush of Blood to the Head CD over the speakers. Coldplay's everywhere...and its awesome! See everyone tomorrow!

HOLY CRAP!!! I won!!! Wow i can count. I saw only 24 screennames on the post with the winners and wondered where the 25th was and my observation actually got me these tickets! Thank you so much Ian!!! I cant believe my luck... MSG on Monday and now VIP tix on Friday! See everyone there!!!

I was wondering if anyone on here won from the Timeout ny online contest- they were giving away VIP Coldplay passes too...unfortunately, i didnt win from there either but im wondering if anyone else has

God....my parents are annoyingly paranoid and overprotective...i'll persuade them by friday, somehow (unless i sneak out of my house and go-which is probably a very, very bad idea)

How do you guys think i should go about convincing my parents that a 16 yr old wont get mugged when he's by himself at 5am in nyc? (i really want to go to see coldplay but not a single person i know wants to get up so early) im coming in from central jersey (like 45 min away by train) btw...i'm still hoping in the off chance i might win vip tickets through time out ny's website

Yeah getting them sent would have been a major hassle. They make you pay for shipping if you dont want standard mail delivery. And considering they were going to send it in the mail today, i wouldnt be so sure you would get them in time. If you wanted them fedexed it would cost over $20 for 2 day delivery.

I was one of the few lucky ones who won from PLJ (caller #21). They contacted me on monday to confirm info and how to get my tickets. They came into the radio station yesterday and I just picked them up today from their office at MSG. I am so excited! They made me wait an hour for them but it was so worth it. BTW what makes it even better are my seats are in sec 9! never had a chance to sit so close for a concert before! Anyone else get their tickets from PLJ yet?

Well...they emailed me confirming 2 tickets will be sent and they confirmed mailing adress, name, etc. but it also said in a little disclaimer on the bottom that "PLJ is not responsible for tickets that are sent after the show" or sumthing along those lines which i think is ridiculous. It's been 5 days since i won so i hope they will arrive soon. (the only problem i see is that the name on the ticket wont be mine, it'll be another family member's who wont be going and that im not 18 yet and wont be by the show) PLJ has alot more tickets so make sure to try this weekend. i know im unbelievably lucky that the 1st time i tried i won. i probably should of bought a lottery ticket that day but too bad thats illegal for 'minors'.

Hey everyone! this is my first post. (Ive been lurking around here though for a little while :) I just wanted to say i got tickets!!! I entered the lottery to win tix to MSG and did not win. I wasnt surprised because i usually dont win anything and because im under 18 anyway it might have caused a couple problems. However, i was listening to PLJ (95.5 in ny) last sunday and they were giving away coldplay tix every hour. I said what the heck, ill try to call. ive got nothing to lose while sitting in my car. and to my surprise i did! (caller #21) I was in such shock I forgot to tell them i was 18 and almost didnt get the tickets. (had to hassle it out with them) Im praying they dont check your age when you get there or else im screwed. Do you guys think they will? .....im anxious to get my tickets cause the PLJ people said they are not responsible for tickets coming late Anyways don't give up if u didnt get an email! Try anyway u can to get tickets and i think PLJ's website might have sum kind of chance to win
