I managed to register my interest for 2 tickets, however the reply email I got was that I wasn't guaranteed the tickets and I'd have to wait for confirmation. I reckon a few thousand at least applied in the hour or so that the ticketing window was opened so not looking to promising for those here who did apply. Any news yet about this anyone? Coldplay planning New Year's Eve concert in Las Vegas with Jay-Z Coldplay and Jay-Z have reportedly agreed a multi-million dollar deal to play a concert together on New Year's Eve (31.12.10), at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas resort to see in 2011. The event is being organised by celebrity party planner Colin Cowie and will be invite only with no tickets being put on general sale to the public. He was in a studio in london and after the interview, he performed LIT2 live on the radio. Its my favourite radio station so like to listen to it a lot.
