Wow-- really old thread, but I just thought i'd enlighten. In an interview, Chris said that it was Brian Eno complaining on the tempo: "It's a bit fast". Those are also brian's handclaps at the beginning.

Hey All- I have been a member of this forum for a few months now, and a coldplay fan for god knows how long, and I have a quick question. So I've seen them twice before-- once in NJ in 2006 on the Twisted Logic Tour, and then on August 4th of this year, in boston. I got tickets with my friend to go to the Monday night izod show, in NJ, but the only seats they had available were all the way up in the nosebleeds-- section 236, I think. So I was telling him what I had heard about roadie 42 and the other staffers giving away free upgrades to people in the nosebleeds, moving them to the very front of the arena. My question is, what should we do to improve our chances? I hear you have to get there "early", can someone who has been upgraded in the past tell me like, what exactly "early" means, as in (8:00 show) 7:00? 7:30? How early did you get there, and did you have to do anything to get his attention? Also, does anybody have a rough estimate on how good our chances are at getting moved? I heard that they dont sell the first 6 rows so they can be given away. Is this true? Thanks so much in advance!
