  1. Blimey - eating humble pie or what?!? Within ten minutes I got the following (as well as confirmation that this is a genuine recall) Okay, so they are being a little naive to think that a Royal Mail freempost address is reliable... but I've now got it in writing that they'll guarantee entry in the event that the ticket doesn't reach them. Phew. I'm calming down now.
  2. Can't believe I've joined this forum just to have a gripe about TicketMaster! :laugh3: I also got the email about my tickets and, like others, my first thought was 'scam'. I've been trying to contact them by phone to get some more details on this but they don't seem to do live interaction so I've had to resort to their online form. I've asked them to confirm that it is a genuine recall but it looks pretty certain that it is. More worryingly, they've given a freepost address to return the tickets to. One of their policies states So I'm none too happy with the idea of sending my tickets back to them and not using registered/recorded delivery. This is their mistake so are they going to pay for that guarantee? If they aren't and they 'claim' - not that I've lost faith in them ;) - not to have received them, will they still send the replacements? Pretty annoyed about this. Spent £100 on a couple of tickets. Don't expect to have to deal with this kind of incompetence.
