  1. Yeah we really gotta savour the moment, because next thing you know we'll be talking about how amazing the show was. The moment always sinks in right as those lights drop and the crowd of 32 thousand (?) goes nuts. Speaking of which, does anybody know how many people will be there, because I know the Rogers Centre has the capacity to hold 55,000 people for a concert.
  2. I'm pretty sure Coldplay don't come on until 9ish, that was the case last year. Doors open at like 7:30, then the two opening acts, then the arranging of the stage, plus they want the crowd to get anxious and make them wait a bit. In terms of them playing some different songs, it definitely is a possibilty. Last time they were here they played Don't Panic in the encore, which I'm pretty sure was the only time they've played it all tour, and they played hardest part last year, which was the first time and the start of them playing it on the tour. We just have to go crazy and make them want to keep playing!
  3. Give me time and give me space, give me Coldplay in two days... Just an excuse to get more pages on the thread
  4. Did anyone notice the coldplaying.com logo changed to the toronto skyline? Amaaaaaaaaaaazing. Just a couple more days guys! I remember reading somewhere earlier in the thread that the guys and crew are excited for this show, I hope they have something special planned for us!
  5. I got an e-mail from ticketmaster just reminding me about the concert. Like they need to remind me! But I didn't receive any additional info.
  6. Even if it doesn't rain, I'm pretty sure they don't open the dome for concerts, it could really mess around with the acoustics of the stadium. Plus, with this concert, they would probably want it closed so they could drop the balloons and butterflies, but it would be great if the dome was open!
  7. I wonder where they'll perform the C-Stage songs. Lately they've been going to the lawn, but there is no lawn, maybe they'll go to the 200 section like they did at the ACC last year. Any idea on how many people can fit in the pit?
  8. Mine also say it, I think it says it on the tickets that were bought through the Argo pre-sale...also the reason i think why there are different sections like GA4 or GA2 with seat numbers is so that ticketmaster knows how many tickets they are allowed to sell for that area. Earlier in the thread someone wrote that there are obviously certain provisions with how many people being allowed in the pit so it's not dangerous. I just hope it's not too crowded!
  9. Yeah my tickets say DBLUE, and thanks for telling me about the backstage contest, I'm gonna try and call up tomorrow. Good luck to everyone trying! This concert's going to be amazing, I love how everyone here is getting pumped!
  10. A week away...pretty exciting! I wonder if they'll change up any more songs to the setlist, like they did last night with Trouble.
  11. I think it would say it on the ticket if cameras are not allowed. I'm sure they'll be allowed but they might say not to use the video function. But we'll just ignore that hah
  12. Check out the shop on coldplay.com and any of the items that pertain to Viva La Vida will probably be on sale that night. They all ways sell tons of t-shirts then have other accesories like mugs, stickers, tour programs etc. Does anyone know how many people can fit inside the pit, or how many rows back it goes, because I don't plan on coming early to line up, hopefully I'll still have a good view.
  13. Anybody know how many people can fit in the pit area, or how many rows back it goes before assigned seating?
  14. I'm also going to be in the GA "pit", should be a nice group of people going. I def will not be going very early, but I figure anywhere in the pit is going to be super close. That's great to hear that they're excited, I think its their first time in North America playing a stadium rather than an arena or amphitheatre, so I'm sure it'll be a great show, even Guy said "Yeah, we've been trying to dust the cobwebs off here and there, because the idea is that for the bigger shows in the summer we'll play for a little bit longer. So we've been digging out some of the older songs which we haven't played for a while. That's actually been really good fun. We played Sparks today and we've been playing Rush Of Blood To The Head, Warning Sign and White Shadows. We're just building up the songbook, basically." That would be amaaaaaaazing to hear those great ones.
  15. Here's a not so bad video of the cover [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=osgMMRncAZE]YouTube - Coldplay - Billie Jean (Live in George @ The Gorge Amphitheatre)[/ame] Hope that helps
  16. Almost two weeks guys, get excited!! Does anyone know how far back on the floor general admission goes, like how many rows back does the pit go before assigned seating? The Billie Jean cover sounds amazing, I hope they play it at our concert, with some old classics!

  18. Does anybody know how many people can fit in the General Admission section? Also, I really hope they add some changes to the setlist, Guy said in an interview they would be adding songs to the stadium shows...I hope they include this one!
  19. I really hope they switch up the setlist...I thought they were going to change it up for this summer tour but i guess not, its been the same thing for like the past 7 or 8 months!
  20. Haha Amazing. Guy looks like he's the smallest, I went to go see them at Much on Demand last year but they left right away after the interview, I was really hoping I could get a picture or handshake, just something!
  21. I hope they have a soundcheck and I can go this time, and green_eyes11, I read earlier you got to meet them! How'd you accomplish that?
  22. Do you guys think it will be the same setlist (give or take a few songs) as the last show here? The set up with the two catwalks is the same as last time, I hope the summer tour is different than the tour they're on now.
