Hello ....all ! New to the site however a long time Coldplay fan .....I guess you could say from the beginning. I have to say I'm a little disapointed about not being able to see a concert....ever! This tour I will be traveling when they are close to my area! SO...that sucks! Anyways ............any questions about me just ask.......Just a normal married mother who loves COLDPLAY ! :)
  3. Yeah so this is an old discussion but I beg to differ with this.............................. I dont believe the whole song is about the yellow book....I think he meant the "blank" spot that he couldnt fill ...."looked and saw the yellow pages"....hence Yellow. Thats where Yellow came from...so yellow doesnt have a REAL meaning. BUT the song however I believe is about some type of platonic love. I think of it as if being a mother and my love for my children. Just a thought ..................:inquisitive:
  4. There are religious ....references in songs of the past as well ..............Kingdom Come, God put a smile .....Just a thought ... Chris's son is named Moses ...These things would make me lean toward the Religious side of the song.
  5. I believe both ......the revolution and religion theories are well thought, but the song could go either way. The only way to find out ...is to ask the writer or ask the Oracle. We may never really know.
