  1. mmm..I didn't know. I don't like this idea. What if you can not make it to the concert and want to resell your tickets? So, that is why they are offering "insurance". This people never loose.
  2. Wembley is copying our Yellow-stick idea. At least Tracey will get to use them ;)
  3. Thanks Diane. I know I will have a great time. I hope my husband won't have to work that day. Otherwise, (as usual) I will have to try to find someone willing to go with me. I am surprise that Ticket Master is not giving the tickets up front. You have to get them at the door with your credit card. I never heard of something like that. Is this a new practice or is this just a Bruce requirement so you can no re-sale the tickets? The tickets are not transferable, and all the persons in your party have to be with you when you enter the venue. What the f#@%&&^. I hope they don't get used to this BS. If they don't properly organize this thing it is going to be a mess, specially if you have a GA Floor. He plays the piano really really good. I only upload in Youtube some of my videos. They look much better in my computer. I guess you lose a lot of quality when you upload them.
  4. This my video of Chris working hard in West Palm Beach. He was sweating like crazy. If you watch it in HQ you can see drops pouring down his face. [ame= ] [/ame]
  5. Hi guys, I was checking upcoming concert on South Florida and I just found out Bruce "The Boss" is coming to town. I had no idea. The gig is right around the corner, Sep 13. I bought floor tickets. I'm so happy, I never seen him Live before. I was tempted with Depeche Mode and Pet shop Boys, I used to love them back in the 80's, but I decided to get Bruce S. tickets.:dance: First my Imac, now this concert. This was a great week for me :) The only thing missing is the rescheduled date for Tampa :)
  6. Wow, Coldplay really it is getting in to your  The Coldplay party idea is very good, but we all live so far away....
  7. Same for me. Clocks was the song that got me into Coldplay. I remember the first time I heard it was on a 2003? HBO promo for the new upcoming movies. I think one of them was the first Spiderman movie.
  8. Wow, he looks like 20 in that picture. I wish I could look 10 years younger just by cutting my hair. :laugh3:
  9. Come on Chris version of that song was not that bad. And he looks good with a beard, not greeat, but good, ... he looks older. Did you notice those girls on the audience right next to him. They are not even paying attention to the performance. They are more worry about the camera filming them. I hate them . What a waste  We should had been there instead of them ;)
  10. Hopefully the concert will be reschedule before that. (knock on wood)
  11. I live in Miami "Little Habanna" , of course I heard that version. They were playing it on the radio the other day. It is ok. But Clocks is one of my favorite Coldplay songs, no one can come close to the original version. I love it when they play it live. It is my favorite LRLRL track.
  12. I am in love. Chris looks so good in that interview. He looks great with a beard too.:heart: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vn6vs8mmGHQ]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vn6vs8mmGHQ[/ame] I am so happy. I bought an Imac 24" (my first Mac). Everything looks so clear. The you tube videos look a 100% better than in my 3 year old HP laptop. I waited so long to buy this Mac (I was going to say PC :)) So far so good. I guess it will take a while before I get used to use it.
  13. I can make a copy Of "How we see the world" and mail it to you. It won't be on HD though. Let me know. :).
  14. It is so sad to see all that forest burning up  But I remember I took an Environmental class a few years ago and I remember learning that fire is necessary to mantain healthy ecosystems. I hope nobody else get hurt fighting the fire. It is very hot in Florida too. My last month electrical bill was $320. I keep my AC running day and night 8 to 9 months a year, I guess it is the cost to live in Sunny Florida. I can't wait for the winter. I love it. I spent all my day off watching a Coldplay concert "How we see the world" It was playing on HDNET a few weeks ago. I believe It was recorded in Canada back in 2006. Chris had all his curls,( I think I like how he looks now better). Very good concert, I enjoyed listening to the old songs.
  15. Tickets If they come back to the US only for the Tampa show, those tickets will be like gold. If months past before they come back, more people will be willing to travel for this special gig. That is if they only do one show.
  16. Diane, I always thought the Oracle was a handsome 30 something man (I don't know why... well maybe because he answer a very personal question I asked a while ago, and the answer was like a guy point of view). You posted something saying "he" was a "her". I'm kind of disappointed :)
  17. It would be a dream come true to have Rd 42's work. Travel with Coldplay, total access to take pictures, videos, and write about them. Welcome SD. I hope you can get Pit tickets for Tampa (because they are coming back ;)) Phone calls from Europe are very expensive :(. I hope you have a good camera to take videos and pictures. I'm sure you will find internet access. Thanks for thinking about us :) Did you see the Coldplaying.com sign at the door?. That was nice of him
  18. Did you guys read this blog? I find it hilarious :laugh3: from Rd42 "For the majority of the European stadium shows, the band are spending the days off at home with their families. Being as I live outside of London, I'm booked into the same London hotel room for the whole month. It's a very spiffy hotel and an excellent room, but all is not well. As any regular traveller will know, failing to observe the Do Not Disturb sign is one of the most basic but heinous crimes a hotel can commit. Now, getting in at 2am and then winding down for an hour or so, means rising late by normal standards if you want a good night's sleep. Therefore, after several knocks on my (Do Not Disturb adorned) door, followed by a 9am phone call from housekeeping to say "When can we clean your room? Your DND is on." I finally get up with the Mr. Grumpy head on. I politely inform the gent on the reception desk that unless the hotel is on fire, I really do not wish to be - erm, well - disturbed. No towels, no turndown service, no nothing. I'm very easy to look after indeed. Just give me a bed, a kettle and some wi-fi and I'm happy. I can't help thinking as I make my way back to the lift, that I've maybe got off on the wrong foot with them. After all, I'm going to be here for another five weeks. The benefit of hotel living though, is anonymity. I'm sure once the lift doors close, I'll just be another nameless body that's staying in the building. I get back to my room and text Andy Rugg, the band's studio assistant at The Bakery. I need to get some files sent over in order to make some changes to the show at the next gig. He asks how the tour is going and an SMS conversation ensues: "Any TVs out the window?" "No, all the transvestites go straight to Franksy's room" We continue on in this vein until we have created an entire imaginary scenario with a boy band called "Franksy and the Transvestites" who will have this years Christmas number one with a single whose name I probably shouldn't repeat in polite company such as this. We also manage to organise the job that needs doing and he promises to burn the files to DVD and have them biked across town. Some hours later, I'm sat at my desk and hear a rustling under the door. Having instructed the front desk not to phone, knock or otherwise disturb me, their only option for contact is pushing a note under the door. On rather posh headed note-paper, I read the following: "Dear Sir, A courier has arrived and has delivered two DVDs marked "Franksy and The Transvestites XXX Xmas Special". Please collect them from Concierge when you are able". Plainly, Ruggsy has handed the disks straight to the courier and they are sitting downstairs with the comedy label clearly readable. I emerge from the lift into reception and am greeted by smirking faces all round. The concierge hands me my disks and wishes me happy viewing. I head back for the lift feeling somewhat less annonymous... " R#42
  19. It is funny that just a couple of days ago we were talking about how well organized and "perfect" everything is in the "revealing" process. And Yesterday, at the Hannover gig ,that black scrim fall in top of their heads :)
  20. mmmm Oct. 10th, not bad.... I wish all your dreams come true ;) (including the one with Will rescuing you :))
  21. That was a windy night I thought he was just holding the scrim from blowing away. Thanks for a very interesting explanation cmooreNC, and never realized how well organized everything is done. Do you think we will be able to "hung out" for months if th e show is schedule for next year?
  22. This is my humble video of the sparkles. Is better if you watch it in HQ. You may want to get those earplugs to listen to it. I went completely bananas when I saw them that close. :laugh3: I enjoyed the Coldplay exprience from those kids. Thanks Starfish! They were the first ones on line, they should have run for a center spot. [ame= ] [/ame]
  23. That huge screen looks amazing on the Speed of Sound video. Wow :shocked2: But I don't think that screen would fit in the Tampa amphitheater :) 2 new songs. That is great!!
