I'm thinking they might be back in January or February. By then it will be summer in South America, so they might stop on their way there. Also, that gives them time to rest and spend the holydays with their families.

I like your profile picture :) A-HA was one of my favorites groups when I was younger. It was my "Coldplay" when I was a teenager ;) I still like them. Morten is one of the best singers.

I totally understand you. For me was a big deal too. My husband was not too happy with me driving 4:30 hours by myself to go to the same concert I already attended twice. We had a big big fight the night before the concert. I also had to make arrangements for someone to take care of my son. Plus I bother my friend to get me employee discount at the Tampa Sheraton (I save this option for special occasions only) :( I wish they could have let us know before. Chris was not looking good in Charlotte, that was two nights before!!!!

Do you really believe that they are going to haul all that stuff across an ocean and hire their huge crew for one show? Come on. They are tired and need some rest. If they tack it onto Latin America and I hope they do, I don't see it happening before November. Do the amphitheathers schedule shows that late in the season because they don't in Texas. They would have to use a different venue so they would have to print new tickets any way. Live Nation is just holding people's money. Tampa weather is much much nicer on November. It's not colder than 70F and no afternoon t-storm. :cool: I don't see a reason why amphitheaters would not schedule shows on winter time. Florida weather is actually better on winter than in summer. I'm thinking the boys might add a few shows in the US, maybe NY, that is the only way they could afford to come this way. :\ If they do that, they should keep Tampa as their last show.

Don't feel bad. I would never have thought that they could give you tickets for Wembley without giving you the airplane tickets. :thinking: Lets see what they say tomorrow.

You should get a refund for your Tampa tickets and then (I don't know if you can afford it), but if you can you should buy the extra ticket for your daughter. That way you all can go and you would not feel so guilty. ;) Anyway, don't let this opportunity go away. You might end up meeting the boys in person. Who knows, you will represent all Tampa frustrated fans.

2 nights in London with VIP tickets to Coldplay...mmmmmm Most of us will love to get that prize. Don't think about it so much, just go, have fun, enjoy it!!! It 's not like you are leaving for months. Do you have any relatives to take care of your kids for a few days? Maybe you can make it a second honeymoon with your Hubby :D You can always come to Tampa later on (2 hours drive is nothing).

I consider myself lucky. I attended their first show (second leg) on WPB. Chris was full of energy. He was jumping up and down and running from side to side of the stage. Rodie 42 wrote in his blog that the Show in WPB was on the top 10 as one of the most energetic shows delivered by the boys. (and he has been in hundreds of Coldplay gigs). :)

Hi guys, I was working, so I coldn't log in for some time. I just read 4 pages of postings. Diane your pictures are amazing, thanks. You are becoming famous now :cool: I hope the anchorman post the Coldplay shaped fans pictures in their homepage. The Pit looks a lot smaller than I thought it wil be. The only good thing about waiting a few months is that the weather will be much much nicer and cooler from October through February. I was not looking forward to stand in line for hours with a temperature of 97F (feels like 110) and some 100%humidity. :thinking: Are you guys going to hold on to those Pit tickets? I think I will keep mine. I'm sorry for those people who bought tickets for way over the face value on Stub Hub or Ebay. Sam, maybe if you ask for a refund and return your ticket, we will get our concert sooner :laugh3: (just joking)

I'm sorry for all the people that find out about the postponed gig at the Amphitheatre. :( That is really bad. Most people don't have internet access while they are traveling. Besides, all the people who bought the tickets from brokers did not get the e-mail from LiveNation. :(

Thanks Tracey, I just woke up and I was hoping to find some good news. But nothing yet :( HA HA I saw all the rescheduled shows in your signature. You must be used to this. And this is the third cancelled show in Tampa!!!!
