I hope things turn out alright for you Bernard, I really do :hug: As for me.... well I'm always Ok I guess. I had an incredible rough patch not that long ago, but I managed to pull myself through it. I can take comfort in the fact that I don't think I can sink lower than I was feeling at that stage. I did some pretty bad things to myself, which I thoroughly regret. and I don't think I've ever admitted that to anyone. :uhoh:
