  1. Here's how I rank Coldplay's albums: 1. A Rush of Blood to the Head 2. Viva la Vida or Death And All His Friends 3. X&Y 4. Parachutes It's really, really close between Viva and X&Y, and I could actually see myself switching the two albums around. But I'll keep it like this.... for now. ;) Lost! @ Square One
  2. It would be great if Coldplay added a second show at the Honda Center on Nov. 24th. Here's hoping.... :D And those eBay prices are bloody murder, in my opinion. Lost! @ Square One
  3. This is the track I'm most looking forward to hearing off Coldplay's upcoming EP. "Life in Technicolor," despite only being an instrumental, is absolutely terrific and E-P-I-C. I love listening to the track really loud, and it makes for a great concert opener indeed. Lost! @ Square One
  4. I just checked Ticketmaster on-line -- they're not sold-out yet, but the only tickets I got were located in the "nosebleed" section (plus the view is, according to TM, "limited"). They're $78 each. Maybe I should try 1 ticket instead of 2. I've never gone to a concert alone, though. Hmmm........ Lost! @ Square One
  5. I tried my absolute best to purchase tickets (in a good area, of couse) earlier this morning, but I was quite unsuccessful. I tried Ticketmaster on-line and on the phone for over an hour, and the only tickets available were in the "nosebleed" sections. And I certainly didn't want to pay nearly $80 to be stuck all the way at the top. Also, the KROQ pre-sale the other day was no better -- Section 400-something this, Section 400-something that. I've seen Coldplay several times before, but I was really looking forward to attending this concert. When I heard the news on Coldplaying.com, I was so excited. Now I'm just completely bummed out. :( Hopefully, I'll get another chance to see them in the near future. Congrats to everyone who's going! I look forward to seeing your videos and reading your reviews, comments, etc. :D Lost! @ Square One
  6. Hello everyone! I'm a brand-new member, but I'm a longtime fan and reader of Coldplaying.com, which, I must say, is an utterly fantastic fan site. I finally decided that I should become a member here, which looks like a lot of fun. Anyway, I reside in the Southern California area, and I have been a die-hard Coldplay fan since 2002. I stumbled upon their video for "In My Place" one very late night on VH1, and the song mesmerized me. A week after seeing the video, I went to a local music store, purchased A Rush of Blood to the Head (which is still my favorite album of theirs), and the rest... well, you know what they say, history. To this day, "In My Place" is the Coldplay song I love more than any other. Also, I've seen Coldplay four times in concert, the last of which was the kick-off of their Viva la Vida tour at The Forum in Los Angeles this past July. That's about it -- I look forward to being a part of this board! :D Lost! @ Square One
