yeah, that's what i love about coldplay. they're so incredibly generous to us fans : ) At the Orlando concert my friend and i were upgraded as well, and I know the both of us 4 months later still can't get over the amazing experience we had! :) but that's awesome, glad you had a good time!!

@vivalayellow...haha i think i might have seen you. we were literally on the side, closest to the ramp. my friend and i (and the two girls next to us taking an infinite amount of pictures) were the ones that bumrushed the rail when Yellow came on, lol. :laugh3: @localola86: ooh! good luck, hopefully you can win or get something! let us know how it goes. :D EDIT: Also, only 2 more days until the presale! i'm excited and anxious at the same time, lol.

^^lol yeah my friend and i got REALLY lucky that night. anyway, we were just sitting in our original seats when a roadie approached us and took us aside. He related our experience to having crappy seats at a baseball game and then getting good ones at the World Series. I think he sensed that we were getting nowhere with that analogy, lol So he asked us to close our eyes and when we opened them he had placed front row tickets in our hands. My friend I were freaking out and screaming like crazy, then he walked us to our seats. When we got there we found out everyone around us had somewhat similar experiences in being upgraded. So my advice in a nutshell, is keep an eye out for roadies dressed in black roaming around the nosebleed section!

^^you have to go to livenation.com--ticket rush or ticketrush.com and sign up for an account. from there they'll give you the password you need to enter when buying the tickets on the 2/20 tampa presale. oh, i was also in the front row (jonny's side) at orlando! :)

^^ oh, yeah i just forgot how hot it's gonna be! well, luckily it's at night so it won't be too bad. *crossing fingers* but hopefully they'll have new attire to accommodate the insane Florida heat ;) also, do any of you have suggestions as how to get orchestra/pit seats during pre-sale or general admission (primarily for the Amp)? because of what i've seen on other threads here it seems like people are having a hard time getting good spots on the floor (??)

lucky your brother bought his digital camera! my friend and i had such crappy seats in the beginning, that we weren't even motivated to bring ours. SUCH a bad idea, lol. we did have our cell phone cameras but they didn't turn out very well. this time we made a pact we're bringing all the cameras we own with us :lol: yeah, i'm also hoping we also get good seats through pre-sale. i've never bought tickets through that process before either. as much as i love going to concerts, i always dread buying tix because i never have much luck. if anything, we should probably all look for the roadies to upgrade us :D and wow, that's great it'll be around your birthday! what an awesome gift :)

^ hey! that's awesome they were at the end of your row! i would have freaked out if guy (or all of them) were in touching distance of me :D it really was the best night of '08! i thought they would go to the st. pete forum as well, but i guess they're doing amphitheaters or the like this time around.

hey everyone, i'm new to posting, although i've been a long-time lurker. i can't emphasize enough how excited i was when this date was announced!! :D my friend and i went to the orlando concert = best. night. ever. we both got upgraded to front row on jonny' side and it was absolutely amazingggg. anyway, it was such a life-changing experience my friend and I agreed we MUST go again, haha. oh, i know someone earlier mentioned they signed up for 'Ticket Rush.' Have you gotten the e-mail yet? I haven't and I'm getting kind of worried.
