Since Scotland is a windy country, kilts are made with heavy fabric and weighted in the back to avoid that sort of situation. At least that's what the guide said. :shrug:

Funny thing about kilts---When I went to Scotland, everyone was badgering our tour guide in the Highlands about what Scotsmen really wear under their kilts. He admitted that in his line of work, he chooses to wear underwear, but he knows many people that don't. He also gave us this joke...I apologize if you've already heard it. How do you tell what clan a Scotsman belongs to?
