^not being full after an hour eating, that's an awful feeling! i have to eat lots of food after feelling full. it can be annoying some times.

that carrot thing doesnt sound healthy.. anyways, i think if you want to lose weight, then just eat healthier (dont eat less food!) and go jogging, or whatever sport you like. and in most of cases there's no need of diet or sport, many girls just feel they're fat when they're perfect. it's one of the "things i don't understand":D
