So heres another bump - and a question- my tixs are Floor A, row 7 and row 8. are you saying mine are great seats? just checking, never been to the n.o. arena.thanx for your input:)

only got 4 for myself and daughters. BUT, will keep an eye out for one on Ebay for ya.. Good luck,hang in there , you'll get one. :smug:

They announced late Thursday night on this site about the June N.O. concert, the tix went on presale the very next morning at 10:00 am. Thats a good thing for me.;) Last I checked there were tixs to be had at TicketMaster (saturday night passed). You may want to check eBay as well. Good luck. ;)

Try TicketMaster if you have a credit card with a billing address in those locals mentioned.An alternate is to get someone you know in those areas to purchase for you. I checked TM late Saturday night & there were tixs to be had, dont know if its sold out by now or not.

Just curious- was the STRINGS password correct? :thinking: Checking TicketMaster moments ago, there are still tickets to be had,after yesterday's Radio presale and General Public sales that started this a.m. Wonder if it'll be sold out or not?

We were fortunate enough to get tixs for the New Orleans Arena concert on June 9th. So, looks like I'll be doing that one along with the July concert at Cynthia Woods in Houston.:):) sigh.................Life is tough sometimes, .....................Its great to be retired and do the things (like this) that I dreamed of during my working career and didnt have the time................Now, if only Coldplay could come up with another concert around November, THAT would be the bomb my friends..........:D:wink3: Since I am retired and not much going on, what are the chances Coldplay would hire me to be a "roadie" ???????????? :cool: I would work for food/board albeit on a bus with midnight hours (seasoned to that with 35 years of shift work). Hey, where do I apply? >.............................:lol: ANY COLDPLAY STAFF FOLKS READING THIS ????????????? I SAID I WOULD WORK FOR FREE............. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!;););)

Did anyone snag a seat in the stands, or were all the presale tix on the floor sections? :) Must have a limited number for presale as it went off line by 5 pm:(

(Sorry for the delayed response, was away from my pc.):\ You are correct, they took the presale off, for what reason I do not know. This morning it said presale was from 10am to 10 pm CST. I was there for the opening and got my tix, then left the site. Just checked it, logged in, and all it gives is "more info" , no way to buy on presale. Your next opportunity is on 3-21-09 when they go on sale to the general public. If you dont have a ticketmaster account, do it now as you may get first crack at it, maybe not? Its worth trying.

AGREED !!!! Last time they were in N.O.,you could tell the home folks were up front, those that lived farther away were in the nose bleed areas. :laugh3: BUT, this now gives me and my youngest daughter 2 chances to see them this year. We already have tix to July Woodlands concert. :):):) Can they make it 3 times for us???????

:smug: This WILL NOT be your last Coldplay concert. Actually my first was in 2003 (I think) with my daughter at the Saunger Theatre in New Orleans (50 miles from me). When she asked me to take her, I had never heard of the group. Upon leaving the concert I told her that "If Coldplay comes withing 500 miles of us, ever again, we would get tickets, no matter what. At 56 years old I have heard them all, Coldplay is in first place in my opinion.............CD's in my truck, my Corvette,my iPod,my computer....... they are evrywhere I go........:cool: Since then we have been to 2 others including last November in Houston. We now go as a group with all my daughters,daughter-in-laws, and anyone else in the family that wants. We have 12 tickets for the July Woodlands show. Really, I am like a teenager agian and can not wait to see them again. :laugh3: You're gonna love them heinzkrohn............:D

If anyone finds how to buy PIT tix. please let me know. I am in need of 2 and possibly 4 for the PIT.................I know they will be expensive, but within reason (mine alone) they will be worth it. If someone knows please point me in the direction....:shocked2:

:angry: I'm with you on the Toyoto Center floor seats. We had approx 10 rows of seats behind us to the end, so we were about as far away as you can get on the floor- it suked even at my height. ANY seats in the stands would have been better, wont make that mistake again. :\

dont know, havent been there for years my ownself. Perhaps someone else can chime in? You are correct about the hurricanes- I had forgot about that issue which is real for Texas during July. Keep ur fingers crossed. Can someone tell- Is the roof back on at Woodlands that Hurricane Ike took away? :o

It appears to me that ANY seat in the covered part of the arena is better than the lawn seats, especially in TEXAS DURING JULY ! Even though the concert starts at 7:30 pm, that is about sundown. I would look for 95 degree heat at concert start. Dont even mention the wet stuff, so the covered seats really are better. Its all in perception. :laugh3:

Not sure of the seating layout, but my daughter and I were able to get 12 seats ( total) in sections 103,106 and 109. She tells me we are super lucky. ;) I agree.
