I've never been all that keen on eBay, even though I know many sales, if most are legit. And gotta say, you're probably not going to come across anything better on eBay! Hahaha, what sticks out to me is that it's for $155 and not a ridiculous price which is a positive I would think. I think ask him about it, but he's also probably your best bet :)

Hahaha, a part of me almost wants to go solo now just so we can do that! My friend would've come no question but she just got back from Melbourne so it's not ideal for her and my friend who said would come with me isn't that big a Coldplay and I'd rather share it with someone who is, especially since i'll be lining up hours in advance!

Can i be your friends as well 'givelovesolong' & 'Connor!42!'? (in the most not creepy way possible!) I also freaked out and bought two GA Gold tickets for Saturday and I'm heading over from Perth but don't regret it for a second hahaha. I've discussed it with one of my mates and he should be heading over with me but he's got a lot on his plate at the moment and i understand if he pulls out. Other than him i've got one other friend keen, then I'm going solo after them!

It's taken its time but i've started to cool down now and not that I didn't see your side of the story before but I've come to terms with it more now and have kind of accepted that fact that it's not exactly practical to come over here I guess. However that's not stopped me as I'm now going to purchase tickets for the Sydney show if all goes according to plan. Committed 18 year-old I am!

I'm trekking it from Perth after they left us out :( was pretty gutted but after seeing them last time at the Viva tour i know it'll be worth it, not to mention The Temper Trap as support! Hoping to get GA Gold tickets. Overall price not quite ideal for an 18 year-old but I really don't care anymore!

Oh i agree, I'll be honest I'm probably being unfair towards the band expressing how disappointed I am for sure. But I'm just trying to get the point across from my perspective that last Viva tour they sold out 2 or 3 (pretty sure 3) shows here so you'd think that would cover any suspicions that a MX tour would be a flop here. And their families would definitely have an affect on the whole touring schedule but again it didn't stop them from coming here last time. Then finally in terms of logistics, so far this Australasian tour is the only tour planned for November and it's 'only' 4 shows, you'd think they'd be able to get there gear here at some point surely, and not that I'm a massive fan of U2, but you can't ignore their efforts to do WHOLE Australian tour with their ridiculous 360 claw setup! And our biggest stadium will be free at that time, its only tenant is for Australian football which ends in September.

Don't worry my friend, I already signed this petition a few days ago! hahah. Sad part was in the 'comments' section i had a 'little' rant consisting of around 200 words! I know no ones going to read it but I had to channel my frustration some how and now its somewhere deep down in the internet world :P

Agreed, I doubt they'll suddenly decide to include a Perth show, quite disappointed though to be honest. Fair to say they're like the 'Peoples Band' and to see them leave out Perth for the first time let alone Adelaide for the third (?) time seems like it's more about the money and not the people now which is a shame. Of course it may not be their fault but you know if Foo Fighters can do a whole Australian Tour and U2 can bring over their claw/360 tour you would think Coldplay could, you know? Also agree on the arenas as oppose to the stadiums, but it was always going to be the natural progression. On the bright side for you guys though, you'll probably get fireworks and such for your shows!

Devastated. First time they've missed out on Perth :( and by the looks of the announcement on their Facebook page other fellow Perth fans aren't too impressed either. Would anyone think a Perth date could ever be added (whether it be through petition, FB group, whatever) or should i just hope and start saving for possibly going interstate?

Best things to come home to after being overseas; Get home and finally see my MX album package waiting to be opened in my room, get onto the computer and check Coldplaying and see Coldplay touring Australia :D :D :D. Not going to believe until its confirmed but, I also thought they'd only tour in 2013 but if anything i'd also say late november/early december :)
