Repairing your iPod must cost less then buying cigarettes. I get very nervous too. The only thing I do is to think of some great lyrics over and over in my head. Silly, but yeah true. It keeps my mind away from the thing making me nervous. You just have to find your thing to do. And don't let it be smoking!
