  1. Damn! What station do you listen to?! *crosses fingers that she lives in socal* I rarely hear Coldplay on the radio (maybe because I don't listen that often), but yes, I was very surprised to hear Politik. He did mention that it was a relatively "unknown" song of theirs before he played it...15 minutes later. I kept switching back to that station every two minutes or so to make sure I didn't miss what song he was talking about. haha.
  2. Stick to it...and one day, your efforts shall be rewarded! :D
  3. So...the other day, I heard Politik on the radio, and after it played, I switched stations and heard Talk playing. Five minutes later, I switched stations again, and Violet Hill was playing! Needless to say, it made my day! haha...that rhymed. They rarely (or never!) play those songs on the radio...imagine how excited I was! :D Anyway...yes, I switch stations a lot, but I was rewarded this time :P
  4. :) I can only wish. haha. Is this one of those amazing(ly expensive) study abroad programs?
  5. agreed. :) ^So, you're not only living in London, but also by their old dorms? amazing :D
  6. So, this is completely random (as it should be)...whenever I listen to Coldplay while driving, I have to roll down my windows for myself and to spread the Coldplay love. haha. I guess I'm just trying to get more people to listen to them! haha :D
  7. #1 Coldplay #2 Franz Ferdinand #3 The Script/U2
  8. Haha...the putting away the milk or the singing in front of 100,000 fans bit? love the quotes! :D
  9. Funny...but true :P
  10. Psh the money, hands down. I doubt I'd care for music much if I was that poor
  11. Amsterdam :) can't stop listening to it!
  12. ASSIGNMENT#5 You must choose 5 Coldplay songs to be destroyed and never listened to again by anyone. What's your 5? :( 1. Ode To Deodorant 2. A Whisper 3. Proof 4. a spell a rebel yell 5. we never change ASSIGNMENT #6 Be honest. What DON'T you like about Coldplay? ("Nothing" does not count as a valid answer for this one and all "nothing"ers shall be spanked with a hot iron rod) Chris is married and...like Emp3 says, they're all more than 10 years older than me :( ASSIGNMENT #7: You are part of the first manned mission to Mars and will be gone for many years. You can only take one Coldplay-related piece of memorabilia with you (CD, DVD, book, poster, etc.) What do you take? Hmm...If we're meeting little green men up there, I'd bring A Rush of Blood to the Head (good impressions make for better cross-planet relations..haha). If no little green men decide to crash the party, I'd take the Live 2003 DVD :D ... the music and the looks. :P ASSIGNMENT #8 While recording one day, tensions rise and the boys decide to settle their problems the old fashioned way: a free for all cage match. If you were placing bets who would you choose? I wonder whooo...haha. WILL, though I'm sure Chris would do an exceptionally good job of running around the cage to tire him out. ASSIGNMENT #9: You are drinking with Coldplay. Who can you out drink and who will be the last man standing? Haha none of them. Guy would be the last one standing. ASSIGNMENT #10: Chris, Jonny, Guy, and Will all simultaneously propose to you at the same time. Which one do you say yes to?(Note:you may not become a mormon or move to a country where multiple spouses are permitted. And yes, even the guys must answer this question) this one's a no-brainer :D Chris!
  13. Hmm...if we're talking live concert quotes: at the Cricket Wireless last month: I can't remember what exactly, but he started talking about the tailgating tradition in the U.S. and how we BBQ/cook outside before the show...tailgating was a phenomenon to him (haha) since it rains all the time in GB. So he dedicated "The Hardest Part" to those of us who'd cooked prior to the concert...the lines "you left the sweetest taste in my mouth" and "I could feel it go down" fit perfectly. Haha. I thought it was pretty clever. I dunno if he's done it before, but it cracked me up :)
  14. So true... "What do you have in common with Coldplay fans?" Chris: "Well, I'm terrifically handsome and incredibly intelligent." :laugh3:
  15. :D I love this thread
  16. oops I forgot the "minus the Hannah Monatana" :P
  17. Hmm, I think I'll take the push-ups times two :P #4: Clocks
  18. What happens if we break the rules? :) haha. *insert complaints and whines here* #1: no particular order: LIT II swallowed in the sea green eyes yellow viva la vida #2: Chris :D #3: hmmm...Viva la Vida
  19. If you want ;)...but you won't be scaring me off. At least, I hope not. Thanks again, guys!
  20. Haha, thanks for the encouragement?
