For me, "Neighbourhood 1 (Tunnels)" is their masterpiece. That tune does something to me that I can't describe. It's achingly beautiful & powerful..... fragile & raw all at the same time.

I know what you mean. My friend & I were just saying the other day how much we WANT it to be amazing. Really want it to please both the critics & the people (ala Funeral). Neon Bible kinda divided people. I wasn't convinced at first, but I must say I love that album now.

Best band ever! So excited. Wonder what the new album will be like? I'm thinking not as dark as Neon Bible. Musically I reckon they're gonna have found their true sound. I have a feeling it's gonna be colossal !!!

More news seems to be seeping through daily! Now it appears there is every chance the album could be released early next year & a tour could be set for summer. I can't contain my excitement!!! :)

Arcade Fire are coming to the end of their recording sessions, rumour has it we could hear some new material by early Spring 2010. WOO HOO!! You just know it's gonna be awesome!!!
