i will return in the future but i think some time soon i'm gonna need to spread my wings a little, coincidentally perhaps in order to search for love (this is not a blind search, i know where i need to go). but i'm saying too much :p

yup contentment is the ideal word to describe it. that word gets overlooked a lot and i think the power of it is often lost. i think it is because people often say they are content... for the time being. and now people always link the two together. a kind of settling for something, rather than becoming one with it and letting it consume you. i certainly agree with happiness sticking. this is also why people find it so overwhelming. happiness in other forms can be very brief but through love it is far different and people have to learn to deal with it.

that is natural. it makes sense that you don't want to miss out on love again or get hurt. if you do find yourself in a situation where you develop feelings for a person then the best thing to do is try to keep control of what you are feeling as much as possible. try and be rational. do not let the other person take advantage of you and speak to them honestly. if they are not interested or demand to be in charge of every situation and try to play games which make you feel bad then distance yourself as the likelihood is that they do not feel the feelings you feel or at least not to the same extent. the right person will share themselves with you and not feel the need to be in charge of things. it should be a union rather than a struggle for power. that is not to say that if they play hard to get or tease you a little (in a friendly way) they do not like you. it is very hard but you have to judge every single situation on its own merits. all i would suggest is try to keep hold of the things that make you happy. if you do this, whilst thinking rationally then you won't go far wrong. it is a difficult balancing act though. haha, well i know of quite a few people who feel the same than myself. you just have to get out there and meet them. it's just a shame there are so many people who give men a bad name :p (and indeed women)

not necessarily but i do believe that the physical embodiment of love is needed to take it to the next dimension. once you have made love (and i mean really made love, not just fucked) your entire outlook on things change. whether that is regarding your emotions towards the other person, your interpretation on what you think you must do to try and extend your current happiness or indeed both. i felt a love for the girl i loved before i even met her. i could just tell with the way she spoke about things. her perceptions on the world. everything about a person that you can draw from them using text on a messageboard alone. when i did meet her we went to the next level but i knew that love was inevitable before i met up with her.

i believe in the cliche that you just know when it happens i spent a lot of time wondering if i was in love and presuming i was, but then when it happened i just knew. on the other hand there is nothing wrong in thinking you are in love when you are not because you are obviously experiencing something amazing so just roll with it and enjoy yourself.
