I think blur's think tank was the best. Such a masterpiece. songs like out of time, brothers and sisters and good song are brilliant... crazy beat is such an awesome song... we've got a file on you it's a short one, but it's soo cool. Aaah, i luv that album! :D

hmmm.. coldplay, cos i saw em live a few months ago, and that totally inspired me, and now i just know that i have to be a musician. :) and hmm... i really got into muse about 3 months ago (thanks ren! :cool: ) and yea, i listened to travis like crazy too! (thanks to mandy. :D ) and hhmm... i got into oasis cos i bought theit live album familiar to millions, and now i listen to em all the time... and i can't forget about blur. i'm getting their best of album for christmas! :D

hmmm... brazilian writers really are talented... but they aren't brilliant... writers like stephen king could kick "paulo coelho" or "monteiro lobato" fat arses... and brazilian music... man, it's soo bad... bands like charlie brown jr, marcelo d2 and tribalistas are soo lame... i agree with juliana though, skank is really cool. and "novelas" are way too boring... tv series are way better.

hmm... vanilla sky's soundtrack is brilliant... and doonie darko's soundtrack is so great too! i also like the star wars soundtrack cos john williams is such a great composer.. the episode II love theme is awesome.

NO, actually there are tons of reasons why i wouldn't come to south america. You see, bands like coldplay, radiohead or travis have an insignificant amount of fans here. You never see their videos on mtv, and the radio ignores their existance. And if you don't have enough fans, you can't make great gigs. Like... if you could choose, where would you perform? London, Glasgow, Dublin, Paris or a lil city in south america? Gigs like the hollywood bowl had like, 20.000 fans, while the rio de janeiro gig had 3.000. So it just isn't worth, you actually LOSE money when you come to south america, cos you have to pay for the transport and the equipment, and you won't get enough money in return. So yeah, there are tons of good excuses to not visit south america. But of course it would be awesome to have great bands like coldplay or oasis in brazil all the time, but they have good reasons to ignore us.
