yep, indeed! :stunned: janma = birth tithi = date/anniversary wow... did you know that word? :stunned: or you looked it up using the english word?! :/ :stunned: it's pure Sanskrit...but it's cognisant to people speaking Gujarati (my mother tongue) or Hindi, or a few other languages that are all dauther-languages to Sanskrit. There's a nice article in today's New York Times on the history of language....though I feel it's controversial....'cuz I have my own ideas about the history of language formation and propagation... :smug:

in order to open the last page of the biggest thread on this board, what you have to do is: go to the second-to-last page, and it opens up quickly. then go all the way down and hit 'next' button, and it works and takes you to the last page! :idea2:
