  1. I just listened the voice memos. They should have made the album like that, it would sound more like Viva La Vida.
  2. On clubs at night it will work for sure, you can just go crazy on the dancefloor. Also to dance it on a beach or a mountain.
  3. Everytime I understand less why Good Feelings is not released as a single. It is the most radio formula song on the album. I would have put it on the singles list instead of We Pray and All My Love. Also Aeterna would be better as a single than those two. If they have released Good Feelings and Aeterna as singles, they would have smashed the radio lists.
  4. I still have the feeling that sooner or later we will get some more edition called New Moon Edition or Crescent Moon Edition.
  5. They were just speculations, I was not confirming anything at all. Sorry if it was misunderstood. But I just said that based on the different moon phases and moons (blue moon and supermoon), and The Moon Music (Full Moon edition) features the original album + 10 BLUE MOONS, so maybe we get the eclipses and/or the supermoons.
  6. I think that we will have more unreleased new songs. The Full Moon edition is called Blue Moons. There will be the eclipse editions: Gloom Eclipse edition, Partial Eclipse edition and Total Eclipse edition. Also the Supermoon edition.
  7. Man In The Moon is super catchy. I also like The Karate Kid. I like the atmosphere of A Wave, cool ambient song with those tribal voices.
  8. Well, after a first listen (skipping the singles we were already heard), and after a second listen of some songs, I have some controversies with this album. I'm gonna make my review and I don't know if I'm gonna be too critic, but I'm just gonna say what I think, just my thoughts: Overall, almost all the songs sound quite generic. - I like the cinematic sound of Moon Music, Neon Forest/Angel Song and One World. Good opener, good one on the block of the middle which is the spinal column of the whole album and good closer (except the last hidden minute and a half). - feelslikeimfallinginlove is better than Higher Power and My Universe, or at least at the same level. - We Pray should have been on Everyday Life album. I don't think it fits in here, just like All My Love, Good Feelings and feelslikeimfallinginlove, that should have been on other albums. - Good Feelings and Aeterna are Coldplay out of the comfort zone. Good Feelings feels fresh and is very catchy and Aeterna sounds like if you could go crazy on the dancefloor, although I've been out of the dancefloors for years. Anyways, I don't understand why the song changes absolutely around minute 3:00, it has no sense at all and it ruins the song. - Jupiter and All My Love could be the most similar songs to classic Coldplay, but just could have been. They feel more like substitutes. And not Oldplay. - I like I Am A Mountain. And I don't think it is too short. To all the people that say that the lyrics are too repetitive: fall asleep, sleep satisfied, sleep crucified. - The hidden track or whatever it is at the end of One World makes me cringe, it is disturbing and it also ruins the song. - Neon Forest/Angel Song is definetely my favourite song on this album. Goosebumps with this one. It is the only one that really touched me and made me cry the two times I listened to it. The first half is apotheosic and it serves as a explosion to what comes next. The second half is really sweet, and I don't understand why some say they haven't made a good slow/sad song in years, because this is. Those lyrics are completely touching, also a good complementary lyrics to the ones of the first half, and I think that is a message to all of us that we should keep present for the rest of our lives (never better said): "To all, all of us No, don't give up Storms pass, love lasts It all goes by so fast [Outro: Maya Angelou] There is an African American song, 19th century Which, um, is so pretty, it said "When it looked like the sun wasn't gonna shine anymore God put a rainbow in the clouds God put a rainbow in the clouds" And I've had so many rainbows in my clouds I had a lot of clouds, but I have had so many rainbows So many rainbows So many rainbows" All this said, I would like they stop using so many samples here and there.
  9. I have discovered Fontaines DC recently. That band is amazing. ROMANCE is one of the albums of the year for sure.
  10. Well, the lyrics on Chinese Sleep Chant are also repetitive, but the music and the song are amazing.
  11. Sorry, can anyone give me a clue, please? What is all this about?
  12. Sorry, I'm in a cave. What are the last posts referring to a video thing? Which video?
  13. On the left page you can see that the word is also written stylised as "FRENDZ" and "friendz", so = friends. At first I thought it was an acronym for "Fernández" or a reference to "Franz Ferdinand".
  14. Radiohead releasing an album called In Rainbows in 2008, and now, 16 years later, Coldplay releasing a song with this emoji 🌈
  15. My opinion about We Pray: well, I think that I like it more that Feels Like I'm Falling In Love, but I don't know how much more. And it's not my favourite style of music, but better than others. And I don't think either the two of them is really a big single as others were. I think that there will be others songs on the album that I will like more, so still waiting for that and for my favourite one.
  16. Haha obviously I wouldn't recognize my own voice (even considering that you sound difference when you hear your voice recorded), and furthermore being surrounded with a bunch of voices more, but I guess that I can trust Chris and the guys, and if they say I'm in it, I'm in! Anyways, I haven't bought any of the album editions. I would have liked to buy one of the signed limited editions, but they are already sold out...
  17. Does anyone know about the One World thing where you had the chance to be part of the song adding your voice singing "Ahhhhh"? How do you know if you will be on it? It was said that your name would appear either on the digital booklet or the physical booklet, or I think so. And how can you check that in case that you don't have any of the album editions? Will it be published somewhere?
  18. Just one silly random thought that came to my mind: I have never seen Game Of Thrones, but I saw that Good Feelings features a singer called Ayra Starr, and I just thought: what the hell does Chris singing with the character from Game Of Thrones Arya Stark? The name is so similar you just have to change one letter of position and substitute one letter for other letter.
  19. I was thinking that what I don't like of the album is that the songs don't really have a moon or spacey theme, apart of MOON MUSiC and Jupiter. Maybe also One World and the possible Angel's Song?
  20. Just wanted to rescue a few of my old posts, maybe these will give you some leads to some tracks like Rainbow and Jupiter, maybe some other ones: No one talking about the colour thing... uhm, strange. Don't know if finally the songs or parts of the song in there will be Neon Forest, MUSiC and Angel's Song, but in any case could be "colours" too: the colours of neon lights, the spectrum of colours in music and the colours that represents the 7 archangels. And obviously the 7 colours of the rainbow. "Ultraviolet: Ultraviolet radiation from auroras (within the optical window but not visible to virtually all[clarification needed]humans) has been observed with the requisite equipment. Ultraviolet auroras have also been seen on Mars,[24] Jupiter and Saturn." "There is a color differential with altitude; at high altitudes oxygen red dominates, then oxygen green and nitrogen blue/purple/red, then finally nitrogen blue/purple/red when collisions prevent oxygen from emitting anything. Green is the most common color. Then comes pink, a mixture of light green and red, followed by pure red, then yellow (a mixture of red and green), and finally, pure blue". "Both Jupiter and Saturn have magnetic fields that are stronger than Earth's (Jupiter's equatorial field strength is 4.3 Gauss, compared to 0.3 Gauss for Earth), and both have extensive radiation belts. Auroras have been observed on both gas planets, most clearly using the Hubble Space Telescope, and the Cassini and Galileo spacecraft, as well as on Uranus and Neptune". That with the line of Coloratura line "the purple, yellow, green, red, orange and the blue", has to have some connection with the 🌈 (considering that these colours are also the rainbow colours).
  21. Well, the fantastic Chinese Sleep Chant is 3:02, so I Am A Mountain is even one second longer!
  22. What I like about this song is that it's just the first single and reminds me of Higher Power, so that means that there should be better songs on Moon Music, just like there were better songs on Music of the Spheres than Higher Power.
  23. Just wanted to rescue a previous post of mine from a little more than 2 years and a half ago: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aurora "Most of the planets in the Solar System, some natural satellites, brown dwarfs, and even comets also host auroras". "Colors and wavelengths of auroral light:Edit Red: At its highest altitudes, excited atomic oxygen emits at 630 nm (red); low concentration of atoms and lower sensitivity of eyes at this wavelength make this color visible only under more intense solar activity. The low number of oxygen atoms and their gradually diminishing concentration is responsible for the faint appearance of the top parts of the "curtains". Scarlet, crimson, and carmine are the most often-seen hues of red for the auroras. Green: At lower altitudes, the more frequent collisions suppress the 630 nm (red) mode: rather the 557.7 nm emission (green) dominates. A fairly high concentration of atomic oxygen and higher eye sensitivity in green make green auroras the most common. The excited molecular nitrogen (atomic nitrogen being rare due to the high stability of the N2 molecule) plays a role here, as it can transfer energy by collision to an oxygen atom, which then radiates it away at the green wavelength. (Red and green can also mix together to produce pink or yellow hues.) The rapid decrease of concentration of atomic oxygen below about 100 km is responsible for the abrupt-looking end of the lower edges of the curtains. Both the 557.7 and 630.0 nm wavelengths correspond to forbidden transitions of atomic oxygen, a slow mechanism responsible for the graduality (0.7 s and 107 s respectively) of flaring and fading. Blue: At yet lower altitudes, atomic oxygen is uncommon, and molecular nitrogen and ionized molecular nitrogen take over in producing visible light emission, radiating at a large number of wavelengths in both red and blue parts of the spectrum, with 428 nm (blue) being dominant. Blue and purple emissions, typically at the lower edges of the "curtains", show up at the highest levels of solar activity.[23] The molecular nitrogen transitions are much faster than the atomic oxygen ones. Ultraviolet: Ultraviolet radiation from auroras (within the optical window but not visible to virtually all[clarification needed]humans) has been observed with the requisite equipment. Ultraviolet auroras have also been seen on Mars,[24] Jupiter and Saturn. Infrared: Infrared radiation, in wavelengths that are within the optical window, is also part of many auroras.[24][25] Yellow and pink are a mix of red and green or blue. Other shades of red, as well as orange, may be seen on rare occasions; yellow-green is moderately common.[clarification needed] As red, green, and blue are the primary colors of additive synthesis of colors, in theory, practically any color might be possible, but the ones mentioned in this article comprise a virtually exhaustive list". "There is a color differential with altitude; at high altitudes oxygen red dominates, then oxygen green and nitrogen blue/purple/red, then finally nitrogen blue/purple/red when collisions prevent oxygen from emitting anything. Green is the most common color. Then comes pink, a mixture of light green and red, followed by pure red, then yellow (a mixture of red and green), and finally, pure blue". 24. Two thoughts about the song: what a pity that the little guitar sound that plays around minute 2:50 isn't more prominent and more developed. Also, the sounds that start at minute 3:34 are very Angels & Airwaves-esques, which is a good thing.
