Okay, I had to resurrect this topic to thank those people who congratulated me (I had to log off soon after I started the thread) and also this. . . what the hell is going on with the previous posts above. . . ? *totally confused* :shrug: By the way, you all could've come to my party! I had yummy cake and tons of food. . . and beer. . . still do!

You know, the older I get, the more I want kids, but then there are moments like today, when I see the mom with the screaming kid walking through the mall, and I think: wow, mix that with the labor pains. . . is it worth it? :shock:

Thanks! I'm majoring in English, one of the most pointless degrees to obtain (unless you're going to teach, of course, which I really don't want to do at this point). I guess there are far more pointless areas, though. Still, I'm happy with that avenue. I'll be flipping burgers with that degree, but happily, apparently. :lol:

Okay, you guys proved me wrong. I just noticed that at the other Coldplay board, I had this tendency to just fricking kill threads. I would post a reply, and then suddenly no one would post on that thread anymore. No kidding. I was beginning to get a complex, so I thought I would test that out here. Yeah! You ever watch that VH1 show "I Love the 80s"? They talk about that. I can't get over that show because they make the funniest comments on the crap I used to be into and now hide my head in shame over.
