I think that it is plausible that there has been a MINOR and CONTAINED leak (hence the HIGH visitors here and last.fm thing, which sounds possible as that user listened to MX and Noel Gallagher's album, for her both leaked, one after the other), today or yesterday. Surely NOT Sep5. This explains the rumor of EMI streaming the album the 15th.

According to an user from hasitleaked.com Dann / October 9, 2011 It has leaked. Unfortunately, only a handful of people managed to download it before it was taken down, and those people evidently are not able to share it. So it looks like we have to wait until the 19th when Japan gets it and decides to leak it for us :D
