I would go more into this topic on this thread, but I won't for the sake of my privacy.

That's up to my parents to decide, since they're the one who chose to evacuate from Ike AFTER we got hit and lost power for two weeks. Usually it'd be wise to evacuate, but to stay and document is another wise decision because you're recording what happens and will have experience of riding out a hurricane/troical storm.. I remember when Hurricane Ike came, we rode it out in our two-story house. That was when my life took a dip into depression...

Right now we're on the "Aware" list. :| If we are going to get hit, I'm going to document it.

I might have to check it out someday. Also, Tropical Storm Isaac's projected path has shifted more towards my area. :| As of now, we're not set to get hit.
