  1. use CFCVG20 on viagogo and get £20 off b4 everyone piles in and the tickets start going for silly money. I'm hoping for a glut of tickets for Highbury in the summer. Glad I got the under 1 roof ones.
  2. But the only additional act to the previous night is Tiny Temper (sic) . With all due respect, I don't think many will be turning up early to see him. IMHO the comedy interlude doesn't count. Ok, at a festival, you accept you pay extra for other acts even if you are there for the headliners, but in this case this is great exposure for Tiny Temper (sic), he should be paying to be on the bill.
  3. They should play a full gig because they have charged full gig prices. In fact it should be more than a full gig given the charitable nature of the event :)
  4. Had it been billed as "Coldplay with special guests" rather than "numerous acts hosted by Coldplay" then it would have sold straight away. Now confusion reigns. I suppose you have to be wary. I recently saw an advert for Frank Skinner and Friends which looked good until I scratched the surface and found out his friends were a load of fringe comedians and that Skinner was merely introducing them. I'm hoping Stand Up & Rock is as much Rock as Stand Up, but in that case I like all the acts. I have no interest at all in Tiny Temper, whoever he is. He could be sitting next to me on the tube and I wouldn't know him.
  5. Funny, just got an email from gigandtours saying Coldplay performing headline set and tickets from only £29.50. However, they were £49.50 when I went in. Maybe the ticket prices are getting cut...
  6. There looks to be plenty of tickets available. I suppose it's a Saturday night before Christmas, and maybe people don't think Coldplay are actually playing. Most of the publicity suggests they are hosting. Maybe they need to come out and say they are doing a set. There are a few of these shows coming up to Christmas where it's unclear exactly what is happening. I also have tickets for Stand Up & Rock, but for all I know it could be 2 hours of comedy with Paul Weller doing A Town Like Malice for the encore.
  7. yes, always worth trying :) Anyway, looks like there are plenty of tickets available on the Monday, so I suspect those seatwave/viagogo/getmein prices will plummet. good :laugh3: I'll check out the prices at the end of May 2012
  8. •Sorry but this coupon cannot be combined with other coupons Save £14.34 on shipping or £20 with other code
  9. CFCVG20 - Use this code to get £20 off per order @ viagogo I'm not advertising, I don't work for viagogo. I have used this code to get a number of tickets at less than face in last few months.
  10. Looking at Viagogo and Seatwave there are 100s of tickets for the three dates. If you are patient the prices will drop below face value. I picked up less than face value for Pulp @ Wireless, Geldof @ Cadogan Hall, Weller @ Hammersmith Apollo and Beady Eye @ Brixton this year. Also if you use this handy code on viagogo, you get £20 off per order, so you may want to make seperate orders if you are getting standing. CFCVG20 Seatwave also have a code to get £5 or £10 off With the above I only paid postage costs for Beady Eye. I'm going to be patient as I like the idea of seeing Coldplay @ Highbury
