  1. Oh crap. I stretched the thread. Sorry not got the hang of resizing yet :(
  2. There should be a first come first served policy on here, I didn't appreciate being booted off in favour of X Factor viewers on a glory hunt *grump* lol
  3. Super slow? Mine crashed and I've only just got back on, might have been to do with 1400+ people viewing this thread alone though :stunned:
  4. Those wristbands are just amazing, I will never tire of looking at them *goosebumps*
  5. If they cut out all the repeats of crap you have already endured once, and cut the adverts this show would be 14.7 minutes long
  6. Guys, I don't think I can make it. Leave me. Go on without me. And tell Coldplay I loved them. *collapses and reaches hand across the floor trying to reach the remote control*
  7. The highest paid person on this show is the professional onion chopper they employ to produce all the fake tears, they earn every penny of their wage. But by far the job with the most job satisfaction is the eye jabber who works where the onions fail. I aspire to this job.
  8. *phones NHS Direct to ask if blood from the ears is normal when watching X Factor*
  9. Is it wrong of me to want a giant foot to appear and boot them all up to the rafters?
  10. Gary is actually a robot. If you look closely at his eyes you can see the little man inside, working his arms and legs holding up a sign saying "help me"
  11. And the winner of this year's Best Sob Story goes to ....... ah who cares? Crack on with it and get Coldplay on!
  12. I just saw people clapping in the audience wearing ... WRISTBANDS!!!! *does a little squeal*
  13. If Xfactor stays on the TV for more than 8 consecutive minutes without an advert break, the world collapses in on itself - TRUFAX!
  14. Westlife? Seriously? I hope Coldplay appreciate the amount of crap I've had to sit through to watch them tonight! :inquisitive: I was hoping Westlife would all die in a freak mic electrocution accident and Coldplay would take their spot and do 3 songs *sigh*
  15. I can see how you'd think that, but he could have just stopped messaging her if he wasn't into her. Even if he continued messaging just to be polite, sending her pictures of the burning candle and what he was doing at the weekend is definitely someone who is interested. I do think she needs to chill out a bit though, meeting someone once and then acting like you're getting married is a sure fire turn off. I met someone once who I really liked, I happened to be busy for a while after we met and he got really heavy on me saying he thought he was falling in love etc, it was too much pressure and I had to end it. If she's not sure about him, don't message him for a few days and see what he does. I hope it works out for you, I've loved reading this thread :D
  16. Same here, hadn't played any of my Coldplay albums in so long (years) and MX came along at just the right time and lifted me up
  17. (((hugs))) Coldplay's music is very powerful in dark times, it helped me get through so much. My Mum died on Christmas Day 2005 and I couldn't listen to Coldplay for a very long time after that, thus Viva La Vida passed me by totally. My love was re-awakened this year at Glasto and all the other live shows they have done. It was the first time I had heard Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall and for the first time in such a long time, it gave me this euphoric feeling. Since then I can't get enough of them again, and am totally in love with all of the MX artwork. Your review is brilliantly detailed and I can understand it leaving you feeling a bit flat if you loved VLV so much, I don't have that problem as VLV never even registered with me lol Thanks for the fabulous review though and I hope your Mum's better now :pleased::sunny:
  18. Oh lordy! I'd have been a big mess of snot and tears on the floor by now if I'd been there. My Mum had Clocks as her ringtone, we played Fix You at her funeral, and after a year of severe illness, I heard ETIAW on BBC at Glasto and it made me cry, mostly with relief that the worst of my treatment was over. :stunned:;)
  19. "want your jacket back?" "Nonononono, for you-a for you-a" Chris actually wants his jacket back! lol
