  1. In Vancouver, the door ushers who scanned everyone's tickets to get inside the arena were the ones who were passing out the wristbands - so rest assured! :) Technically you are only allowed to get 1 per person.
  2. Hello! I need some help! I have a not too shabby bootleg recording of the Vancouver show from Sat April 21st 2012, as well as a few audio clips from the soundcheck (I work there), notably "Sparks"!!!, off my old iPhone. I'm not sure how to transfer my "voice memos" from the iPhone to the computer. I have read online that when my phone is connected to iTunes, I can sync my music and checkmark the "Include voice memos" option. My phone is currently not in sync with my iTunes for music and when I do choose the option of syncing, it'll obviously replace the current music on my phone. I'm wondering if it'll delete my voice memos or will it be safe? Once I successfully transfer the memos to my computer, is someone able to help me with my bootlegs and fix the sound quality & split the recording in to separate song tracks? and help with the uploading portion to share with the forum? PS: I didn't start recording until "In My Place" b/c I was busy with work, and there's also background noise from people moving around/chatting/random noises (I haven't listened to my recording) As well, it seems like my recording for the last 20mins of the show didn't really work...ahhhh!!! Thank you, Kerry
  3. The concert does feel pretty short! I just went to the Vancouver shows and they started right on time at 9:00pm and practically finished at 10:30pm. I loved how outstanding the show was, but it still felt a bit off... like it could have gone longer with a few songs. Their song set on the C-stage was definitely too short!
  4. http://www.flickr.com/photos/kerche/6957340308/ (my face is half hidden, but whatever... because I was totally holding on to Chris so I could stand on my tippy toes!!) Damn photo doesn't show up, so I could only link it.... An hour after the show, Chris came out to a group of about 30 fans and he took his time signing items and posing for photos with people who wanted one. What a generous guy! He was working his way on 1 side, crossed over the driveway and came directly to me first!!!! I only had my concert ticket so he signed that, and I asked him if my group could take a photo with him & he nodded. I arranged for a fan to help us take the photo, and then everyone else started taking a photo of us!! Hence my brother didn't know which camera to look at. Lol. We said thank you, and he continued his way to other fans. Eventually he hopped in to a waiting SUV and went off. I heard that Jonny and Will came out afterwards but no Guy??.... *shrugs* I had left already anyway.... WHAT A MEMORABLE NIGHT!!!!!!
  5. 8:09pm!! Just under 1 hour to go till Coldplay!! :D
  6. I'm in the arena at work and I can't even concentrate on my job as they are doing soundcheck. Ahhhhhh!!!! :O They are sound checking "Hurts like heaven" as I type Follow me @kerche
  7. They run along the section right below the River Rock club seats, so section 105-109. The mini stage is at sec 109 I believe. I was on the floor right in front of the gated soundboard equipment & crew
  8. My brother, sister, our friends and I MET CHRIS LAST NIGHT!!!!!!!!! Holy shit I nearly passed out!!!!! This was outside the arena after the show of course, and he was so freaking nice about it. The crowd was only about 30 fans. Photo & story to come soon as I'm currently downtown getting ready for tonight's show. I work at the arena so I'll try to post some crappy photos and tweets via @kerche but internet/phone connection sucked so badly!!!!!!!
  9. I'm thinking a good time to go to the arena would be between 3:00-4:00pm. Wished I could go early today, but I'll be at work till almost 5:00pm. But tomorrow I plan to get there early!!
  10. ^ LOL at Darryl Sutter. Just happens to be interestingly timed out. This weekend will be awesome with both Coldplay and game 5 for the Canucks!
  11. SO FREAKING EXCITED FOR THIS WEEKEND!!!!! I really wanna go figure out where Coldplay might be/stay. Any tips for this Coldplayer? :P
  12. Cool, they have added a 2nd show on Saturday. Hazex - nicely done with row 4
  13. Row 25 is decent, but it does suck that it's only a single seat. Good luck everyone!
  14. I was looking for 4 (of 6) tickets as well, but 30mins later when I was going to give up, I was able to find 3 seats in Sec 116, Row 14. Thank goodness! Another ticket will be on the floor, Row 30 (in front of the sound board it seems) and 2 other tickets are elsewhere that were pre-reserved by my friend's dad who is a Canucks season ticket holder - they get priority to save their own seats for LiveNation concerts. Whew - so I secured all my tickets! I randomly stumbled upon the Coldplay stage for Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary. Looks pretty cool!
