  10. just back from the nme tour and it was one hell of a show! NME TOUR:Carling Academy Glasgow first up were the Kaiser Chiefs:fecking brilliant, everyone went wild for predict a riot, oh my god, born to be a dancer. got a few photos of them prancing about! Bloc Party and Futureheads-at this point,my friends wanted to go to the bar, which i was gutted about cos i wanted to see them, but i still saw them on the screens, a thought bloc party were great, but futureheads were not up to much. and finally the best of the bunch THE KILLERS! started off with midnight show and during it someone threw a plastic cup full of beer onto the stage and it soaked the keyboard and it stopped working ,so they had to stop, they went off for like 10 mins and then the drummer came back on and said "we've got three men backstage tryin to dry the keyboard with a hairdryer" ,then he said "wanna hear a joke" so then he told the joke and everyone laughed blah blah blah. they then reappeared and played mr brightside which was fucking amazing,at this point i got covered in beer from the guy behind me.bastard. played a few more songs and then came Somebody told me everyone sang so loud no1 could hear them playing. and finally they ended with All these things that i've done and just before they were just ready to sing it,everyone started chanting "I got soul but im not a soldier!" for 10 WHOLE MINUTES! they were trying to get us to shut up but it was no use, so then when we all shut up, they played it and it sooooooooo good. best show ive ever been so far! fucking amazing! BRANDON WAS HAWT!!!!! :wink3: (after reading this just realised ive used "and then" ALOT but cant be arsed editing it cos im a bit pie eyed)
