Oh I love books. My issue is that I kinda binge on them. I'll read nonstop for a week, then I won't for a while. Have you read any Dan Brown books? I'd definitely recommend them (especially Angels and Demons) unless you're deeply religious. Might get offended

I guess it's the genre thing. I usually stick away from comedies. They tend to show all the funny parts in the previews. And whenever a movie is based on a book I've read, I know it's going to disappoint me

A thread needs to be made where every Coldplay song gets some love. Do what they did in their top 10 list with a paragraph about each song, but with every song

Don't really like their overall opinion of the band. The picks were decent though. I didn't really enjoy Warning Sign until the band dusted it off on the MX tour. Considering the theme they were going with, I was surprised to not see Fix You. I don't think I've ever seen any top 10 list without Fix You on it

I loved the Politik intro on Live 2003. I wish they did longer shows :/

I was just listening to that snippet too. It really is beautiful. I think it's the most "traditional" Coldplay song on the album. I was just saying on another thread that I think it will replace The Scientist on the next tour. O sounds similar and brings out similar emotions. It's going to be hard for me to listen all the way through the album when I get it instead of skipping straight to O

So I was just listening to the snippet of O from the Zane Lowe interview, and I think it's going to replace The Scientist on the next tour. It has a similar mood to it. And emotionally it's almost the same for me

Another issue with recording I just remembered, I sing so loud and so badly that I ruin all the video shot by anyone within a 20 foot radius

My favorite moment at a concert was Fix You at the Coldplay show I went to. The guitar riff was building and then everything exploded and the crowd sang louder than the band did. There has to be a way to save the memories and enjoy the show at the same time.

I don't think I'm going to record video anymore. It's hard to get high quality footage in low light. When I see Coldplay again, especially if I'm close to the stage, I don't want to see the whole show through a camera screen. I'll probably take a few pictures, but nothing more. I'd rather experience the show than watch it.

Random discussion idea: What is everyones opinion on camera use at concerts? Do you think people should record video of the whole show, take a few pictures then put the camera down, or take no pictures/video and just enjoy every second of the show

I used to play mine on my friend's turntable before it broke. My grandpa gave me an old technics table that I took to a local shop to get a price for repairs. I still haven't listened to my AROBTTH record yet :/
