Instead of dropping out I didn't go, but I'ma going in September - probably for a course that's a waste of time. Then I can graduate and get a job I could have got without the degree! That's just a cynical outlook though - who knows...

I'm not sure if the idea is just to pass along the millions to those people - more to use the money to be able to give them tools, provide them with local water supplies, etc (I'm not too educated on the situation), so that they can earn a living for themselves. Plus is Band Aid 20 :P
