Or were you talking about the Parachutes French promo? If its the French parachutes promo yes it iant that rare... Most French promos aren't that rare at all. Like the What If French promo. I know 3 people who have one. The French 3 track "for you" single has been quoted as being rare but it to isn't. As a fellow collector if your main concern is value I would stay away from the French promos. However rare or not, I have one... some people don't oh well right?

To answer your question about the value of the Beautiful World Of Coldplay. I believe that is the one you are referring to. I just got my copy a couple weeks ago. I paid $28.00 plus over seas shipping. I have not seen one on eBay in some time. This one happened to pop up on "MusicStack.com" so I picked it up. To me $28 is a great buy. The actual value is the same for all rare items like this... it's however much someone is willing to pay for it. If you want to sell it someday pop it up on eBay and ask $50 I bet you will get it.

Honestly I would start with the main albums (easy to find). Then go with the singles for each album (a little harder to find) then hit the promos. It's all in the amount of money you want to put into it. Like a lot of us with big collections we had to put a lot of effort and time into it. If you can put $200 per. month toward your collection before you know it you will have a lot! By the way most of us use eBay or other sites like "EIL / 991" or "Discogs" You could buy my entire collection and all the work is out of the way! :) Good Luck!
