Very good point, theres a part of me that thinks that chris Martin may succeed on his own if it ever came to it. but i certainly would hope that it doesnt come to that and he and the others stick forever.

Evanescence shouldnt be even considered as one of the greatest bands, in my opinion anyway.

I know yeah, things like Pheonix Nights end at their peak, but a part of me agrees that its right to end at a peak, because it keeps them 100% excellent forever. (although i do hear a rumour that peter Kay may be writing a 3rd series of Pheonix Nights :wink3: )

I tried gettin tickets last year for glastonbury, i was using re-dial from the time they went on sale til the time they sold out and i still got no luck at all, its just so god dam hard, i think there are literally millions trying to get 100,000 tickets.

but now your a fully fledged Fan all is ok! :D

yeah as long as they're not to hastey to dis-band because they feel they have reached a peak, everything will be ok, because we all know, give it time they would produce another great album, even if it was like a 5 year break, although it would be torture for the fans to wait that long!

and now look how far they have come since the days of yellow and trouble, seems so long ago now.

I think the only way coldplay will dis-band, is if they really want to leave on a high, and not start making what they think in THIER opinion is a lesser good album and be known as a band that was great but kinda went down the pan a little. but hopefully they will not dis-band but just take a break until they are ready to do another shit hot album. I can really see them lasting for MANY MANY years.

Friggin BUS DRIVERS! The bus driver took away my bus pass on the way to college! all because the woman in the post office put 18 Feb 2004 and not 2005 on the stciker, so the driver thought i was trying one on! so now i have now pass! grrrrrr :angry:

Radiohead have 10% which is pretty good, if coldplay cant win then Radiohead would be my second choice, it came between Coldplay and Radiohead when i as voting, but i obviously chose Coldplay. :D

Do many people here watch local bands, in local pubs/clubs. Just wondering if theres is any talent thats worth raving about in your area. I seen a great band called "Moses" last week in a local pub, they were excellent. I told them they should cover Moses by coldplay but im guessin alot of the audience wouldnt have heard the coldplay song hehe.
