"The box office is at the entrance to the Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Gore, London SW7 2AP" This is stupid to let us retrieve our tickets only for 1 hour before the show :(

gigsandtour answer me : "Please take this as confirmation that your order will be available for collection from the venue box office from 18.30 onwards on the day of the event." There will be people and therefore waiting a the box office :/ When can we retrieve our tickets the day of the show? only between 18h30 and 19h30? Or can i retrieve them before 18h30?

"Good evening Unfortunately we do not have the production plans for the show, however I can advise that these tickets are non-restricted view otherwise this would have been advertised at the point of sale. Your tickets are set to be sent out via standard airmail and these will reach you no later than 48 hours before the show. If this is not convenient for you, then we can change the order to be collected at the box office upon your arrival to attend the show. Please respond with how you would like to proceed. Kind Regards," So i don't know what must i do????? i don't know if a receive this letter whith the tickets because i live in france and the show is soon.

i have 2 tickets for this show and i'm very happy. I offer the ticket to my girlfriend for her birthday :D But i ask me some questionsand maybe you can help me... - I live in france. The tickets are sent to my box? by email? or i'll must go to the RAH the day of the show to pick up my tickets? - my tickets are West CHOIR seats. That's mean that i'll be behind the band and i'll can't see them? or they play in the middle of the concert hall and everyone can see the band? Sorry for my english...
