Swallowed in the Sea was my first favorite Coldplay song. I don't know musical technicalities, but for some reason, the sound of it made me happy. I was about to forget to introduce myself! So I live in Canada and I've been a Coldplay fan since... 2007? I don't remember exactly. I'm Richard from UK, Ive been a fan of Coldplay since about 2003 and have been following them ever since. Ive only managed to see them 3 times, In London twice at the O2 arena 2008 and wembley stadium 2009 also at Main square festival in france 2011, and cant wait for Mylo Xloto and to see them again this year in London and maybe Manchester if i can get tickets. I really love music and live concerts,and of course I listen to Coldplay and they're one of my favourite groups.I've known them for 5-6 years,I guess,but I started loving them in March of this year,more or less. I had to see them live in Venice,last June,but I had some problems. I wanted to go to London for the next show of 9th Dec but I didn't manage to buy the ticketsss :( soo..I don't know what I will do. My childhood was 100% listening and loving Coldplay everyday :P I tried to buy tickets to see Coldplay in Rock in Rio (october 1) but the tickets was over in 4 days and i was like crying and shouting hahaha but now i'm okay.. Hello, all, Coldplay is not my favorite band (sorry, U2 is), but they are definitely one of my favorites! Currently, Coldplay along with Florence + The Machine are my top two (after U2) bands. Anyway, I became a Coldplay fan when Rush Of Blood... came out. I lived in Colorado then and had just moved far away from my home in Ohio... The lyrics to Clocks used to make me homesick. Hey Coldplay fans, the names Clair. From the U.S and has been a Coldplay fan since I first heard the song "Speed of Sound" and still kinda new to Coldplay but now becoming a fan of the band. My music is mostly in the Rock area (Alternative, Pop Punk, Punk Rock, and yes Hardcore Punk) but I also listen to other music genres. I've been a Coldplay fan for about a year and a half now. My first introduction to the band was through X&Y, which my dad let me borrow so I could get some new tracks on the iPod he had recently bought me. I had heard a few of their songs before, but never really paid much attention to them until then.
