Yes it does! Its what defines the size of the artist/band. Tell me what defines the size if sales and fans don't ? Yes and Justin Bieber is one of the biggest artists out there together with Lady Gaga etc. But he isnt the greatest BAND.

Hey people :) Many think that U2 still is the greatest band in the world. I think they have been there but are stuck, they need to change if they want the chance to become the biggest band again. NLOTH was not selling very well, despite the fact that U2 did all they could to advertise, but still people say they are bigger than Coldplay. I think Coldplay became the biggest band in the world when they released VLV. They made the right changes and became bigger.
