I'm having trouble with the Coldplayer. When it opens, it goes onto the the screen but I can't see any of the cubes. I really want to see the videos. Any ideas?

Can you see the little menu on the bottom? There's like a little person, and something that says www. One of those has options for what you can and can't view, I spent a week or so no being able to hear speed of sound because "Audio" wasn't checked.
