I was just wondering if this next leg of touring is still part of the Twisted Logic Tour, or if there is a new name for it. Someone told me they thought it was called the Talk Tour. Any insight?

yes, its just the 2nd leg! The person may be referring to the Talk The Tour website but that is just a promotional thing. Makes you wonder why they dont play Twisted Logic eh?
