Two months on, the TV presenter has hit back at her detractors, claiming she was picked on for being a woman. In a magazine interview, the 40-year-old former weather girl says: "There are plenty of men out there who have children, abandon them and have nothing to do with them. "I understand the criticism but I find it interesting that it is solely directed at me. "The lovely Rod Stewart has been married three times and has seven children and nobody bats an eyelid. I have created three brilliant, lovely, level-headed and loving children." Miss Jonsson has a 13-year- old son, Cameron, by ex-husband John Turnbull, a daughter, Bo, seven, by German hotelier Markus Kempen and three-year-old Martha from her two-year marriage to Lance Gerrard-Wright Now 18 weeks' pregnant by fiance Brian Monet, she insists she did not "give any thought" to her unconventional family life. "I certainly didn't walk away from that relationship lightly and I have spent the last two years in deep depression because of my choices." Miss Jonsson met U.S. advertising executive Mr Monet, 39, in her native Sweden two years ago. She has also had high-profile relationships with former England manager Sven-Goran Eriksson, Gladiators star James 'Hunter' Crossley and the ex-footballer Stan Collymore.
