it's a rough cut. it only has piano in it. i need to get a workstation so i can add more instruments. i did not play very well, and i made quite a few mistakes, but it shows what im trying to get at. =]

tell me what you think! it's not done yet... and this version has some tiny changes in it from what the real song sounds like.

thank you! =]

I don't want you to take this the wrong way, because it's not meant as an insult. It eminds me a LOT of Violet Hill. Was that intentional? It's in the same key...I think. Very nice playing, and very passionate, and if this is only a rough, I can't wait to hear what you're really happy with. Don't stop writing!!:D

You remind me a lot of another member on here named petra_coldplay. You can hear her work here: http://www.myspace.com/howweseetheworld

EDIT: Sorry...It's not in the same key, my bad.

I hope you noticed I edited my post about the key. I have absolute pitch, but I also have a really bad headache right now, so my sense of pitch isn't what it normally is. :)

In any event, it's really lovely, and I hope more coldplayers give it a listen!!:D

HAHA, it's okay! i hope you feel better :) thank you so much

That is beautiful. Really dramatic. I would love to be able to play that song. It's so strong but delicate. It reminds me of so much but I don't think I can compare it. If you understand.

I want to make a sequel to the How We See The World CD, there's a thread for it in the CCC forum. Feel free to jump in!:D
