January 11, 200917 yr 100th post! To Dark_Sofie Dark_Sofie: Vielen Dank, dass Sie mein Deutsch Lehrer! :D She’s so kind (and patient): she’s teaching me something in German :nice: Thank you so much!! Thank you and congratulation to your 100 posts. :drummer: I still need some for my first 100.
January 11, 200917 yr Muito obrigado, Anita! That was so nice, thank you. :) And thank you for teaching me something in Portuguese, but I think my pronounciation is horrible. :D If there's anything I can do for you, I'll, with that 'something' you got me now.
January 11, 200917 yr Author She is the best, isn't she? I think I will link the speech to the first post.
January 11, 200917 yr Aww guys, You're amazing :D Oh TickingClock, you can ask me anything you want to know in Portuguese... Oh, you say that your pronounciation is bad, but that's just cause you haven't heard me speaking German!! It's terrible :D Oh, and you're a girl, so you say Muito Obrigada :D
January 11, 200917 yr Author We're going to be so drunk, we won't be able to leave this thread without getting caught!
January 11, 200917 yr Sorry Anita, google isn't the best translator, is it? I don't think that your German is terrible, I'm sure your 'r' sounds incredibly good and things like 'ch' and 'sch' (and the horrible 'ä','ö' and 'ü') - don't think about that too much. It's good if you're able to pronounce it, but even some Germans don't do it that well just because they're lazy. :D But taht depends on accents. You won't belive, but there is almost no German without any accent spoken in Germany. People who learn German do not really have a chance to leran 'good' German here. *laughs* Insane, isn't it? *goes learning her Portugeuse sentence*
January 11, 200917 yr hahaha, yes, that's just cause Muito Obrigado is for men, and Muito Obrigada is for women... so they just translate to Muito obrigado :D Here in Brazil we don't say everytime Muito obrigado(a) cause we're lazy too :D.... So we say sometimes "Brigado" Or "Brigada", but that's informal.
January 11, 200917 yr We Germans have short forms too, even if the Danke sehr / Danke schön / vielen Dank is very popular. (We just have to do our very best to be called 'the polite ones' in the future too :D) But there's a strange trend to say thx as a short form of thanks - though it's not German. But I'll keep brigada in mind. ;)
January 11, 200917 yr hahaha, that's great :) I need some suggestions of good German bands to check the pronounce.
