Crazy Xyloband idea!

Featured Replies

OK, this is brilliant but probably impossible: Organizing massive flash mobs comprised of Coldplay concert-goers and having them position their wristbands to spell out words or constellations or god knows what that aerial photographers might pick up. I bet it would end up in the film if it were done!

If Geometry students can create crop circles, maybe this is do-able?

Probably not, but what a thought!:D

Maybe if we could organize it in one section of one venue .

Sounds like a great idea! I'm game. It'll take a lot of organizing, of course.

What if we create, like, a flash mob organization that does Xyloband flash mobs for a charity cause, say, like anti-cancer? We can go out into the city streets at night in downtown areas of cities and spell something out like "Love", then "Food", then "Hate", then "Injustice".

That's just my input on it... Sounds like a crazy idea, but I'll see what I can do with your idea! :D

I like that. But they only light up when signaled, and I wouldn't want anyone to miss shows to do this. But hmmm...Maybe Jason might help? I'll tweet him and see what he thinks.:)

You can actually order your own, but I suspect only in large quantites. They wouldn't be 'Coldplay' specific, but we could still stage an event for charity without needing Jason to trigger them. Really curious about this and wish I could win a lottery!

But I'd still like to see something happen at an actually show. Maybe just in one section. Need to do the math and figure out which seats people would have to book to pull it off. So it would have to be for a show as yet unannounced.

I'll see what else I can come up with... What's Jason's Twitter? I need to follow him. :P
