Chris Martin Shock At Shockwaves NME Awards

Shockwaves NME Awards host Simon Pegg claimed a prize of his own today (February 17th– presented in bizarre fashion by pal Chris Martin.)

Simon Pegg, co-star Nick Frost and director Edgar Wright were all present at Hammersmith Palais to see ’Shaun Of The Dead’ proclaimed Best Film.

And Chris Martin, who makes an appearance in the movie, took time out from recording the new Coldplay album to send a video message. Introduced as Sir Christopher Martin, he said he was a member of the group Band Aid before going on to congratulate his pals.
