Coldplay are working with King Creosote's producer Jon Hopkins on their new album, it has emerged.
Kenny Anderson, who is behind Creosote, said his producer was in the US playing keyboards for the record. Coldplay have also been working with Brian Eno and, from Anderson's account, it appears the album is nearly finished.
Anderson said: "It was just him and Chris Martin. There he was with the main man sitting having breakfast together and what have you. He had done a mix of a song for them, I think they're really happy with that. I don't know if he's gotten yet to do a collaboration or not, but I think it's going really well for him, I think he's been over in LA for a week."
